Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at crestlineworld@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For safety reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
